WITCHES WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, although in certain instances, it may take longer due to restocking. These orders will be sent out from one of our fulfilment centres. If the indicated time frame has elapsed and you have not yet received your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at contact@beenthatwitch.com, providing your order number, and we'll be delighted to assist you

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once the order has been placed you will automatically get a confirmation email to the email you provided at the checkout. If you haven’t received one please check your junk! Once the order has been completed you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES YES YESS! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link that will promptly redirect you to the courier's website, enabling you to conveniently track the status of your order. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM IF IT DOESN'T FIT?

While we don't provide refunds, we're delighted to assist with size exchanges if your garment isn't a perfect fit. To facilitate this, we kindly request that the item retains all its tags, remains in brand-new condition (unworn), and that you contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

Please note that we won't cover the postage costs for exchanges, so please keep this in mind when making your garment selections. 

 

DELAYED SHIPPING

In the rare occurrence of a shipping delay, please be aware that once the parcel has departed from my hands, I am not liable for any delays as this falls entirely beyond my influence.

Should you have any concerns, kindly address them directly with the shipping courier.

Fortunately, unlike the situation last year, there are currently no labour strikes (thanking the gods), so we anticipate that everything should proceed smoothly.
