FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WITCHES, WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

All orders begin shipping from Friday 5th September via our trusted fulfilment partners.

Once dispatched, your parcel will leave from one of our fulfilment centres.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated shipping window, email us at hello@beenthatwitch.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you used at checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your junk/spam folder.

When your order has shipped, we’ll send you a dispatch email including your tracking link.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way via the courier’s website.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

  • For orders placed before Monday 20th October 2025, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to notify us if you wish to return or exchange.

  • Items must then be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, hygiene seals, returns ribbon, void sticker, and packaging intact.

  • If any tags, hygiene seals, or ribbons are removed or tampered with, we cannot accept the return.

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return.

 

🕸️ For orders placed on or after Monday 20th October 2025:
Due to the time-sensitive nature of Halloween, all sales are Final Sale and eligible for exchange only (unless your item is faulty or not as described).

 

CAN I EXCHANGE IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

Yes — exchanges are welcome as long as your item meets the conditions above (brand new, tags and hygiene seals intact).

Please note: we don’t cover postage costs for exchanges, and for orders placed on or after Monday 20th October 2025, only exchanges (not refunds) are available.

 

DELAYED SHIPPING

Once an order has left our fulfilment centre, delivery timelines are in the hands of our courier partners and outside our direct control.

If your parcel seems delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number — and reach out to us if you need help opening a claim or tracking it down.

⚠️ Please order early! Halloween week is our busiest season, and courier networks can experience delays beyond our control.

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Not yet — but soon!
As we get closer to Halloween, we’ll be offering collection from Manchester City Centre during the final week of October.
