All standard UK shipping will now be sent via Royal Mail 24 — arriving in 1–2 working days (usually next-day).

If you need your order guaranteed next working day, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout (order before 3PM).

For international babes 🌍, we recommend DHL Express (1–3 days) for the fastest, most reliable delivery before Halloween

 

This year Halloween is a long one (three days… or four if you’re counting Sunday 😉).

We’ve got you covered — all orders will arrive in time for HALLO-WEEKEND, so you can serve your looks without stress.

UK & Ireland: 2–3 days — FREE
Europe: 3–5 days — £18
International: ~7 days — £18
3-Day International (Worldwide, incl. USA): £40 (DHL Worldwide Air Tracked)

We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, Royal Mail, Evri Tracked and Yodel Tracked.


Pre-Orders

If an item is on pre-order, an estimated shipping date will always be shown on the product page at checkout. Please check this before ordering.

If anything goes astray, please contact the shipping provider directly (details will be in your dispatch email).


Late Delivery (After 31st October)

We do everything possible to make sure your order arrives in time for HALLO-WEEKEND.
However, once your parcel has left BEENTHATWITCH, delivery times are ultimately in the hands of the courier.

If your order arrives after 31st October, please note the following:

  • Orders dispatched on time but delayed due to courier or customs issues are not eligible for a refund of the item or shipping.

  • We’ll always provide tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

  • If your parcel becomes lost or undelivered, we’ll help you open a claim with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • If we are responsible for a delay (for example, a dispatch error on our end), we’ll make it right — this may include a refund, exchange, or store credit.

⚠️ Please place your order early to avoid disappointment — Halloween week is our busiest time, and courier networks can experience seasonal delays beyond our control.
